Jasnine
Jasnine is a dynamic muralist and artist celebrated for her bold and empowering “street-chic” creations. Her work exudes feminine strength and inspiration, with black and white murals of iconic women gracing the streets of major cities like Montreal, Toronto, Miami, and New York. A graduate of Montreal’s prestigious Lasalle College in 2009, Jasnine discovered her love for seamless patterns and fashion illustrations during her time at the leading fashion design school.
After graduating, Jasnine honed her skills as a graphic designer for various marketing and fashion companies. However, her true passion for large-scale murals grew steadily, leading her to collaborate with organizations such as StreetARToronto and Calyx Wellness. Most notably, she completed a two-story, 2500 square foot mural for Kirsch Cosmetics, marking her largest and most ambitious project to date.
Jasnine’s distinctive style pairs hyper-realism with abstract graffiti, often using a combination of acrylic and spray paints. Her canvases and murals celebrate fashion icons and inspirational women, blending sharp realism with fanciful creative elements. Through her art, Jasnine aims to empower young women, promoting messages of healthy, sober living and encouraging them to pursue their dreams.
